Nephrology Dietitian

Satellite Healthcare seeks a Nephrology Dietitian to provide specialized nutrition care for people with chronic kidney disease and on dialysis. In this patient-first, mission-driven role, you will complete nutrition assessments, develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and collaborate with nephrologists and the interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes. You’ll monitor labs and nutritional status, support in-center and home dialysis programs, document per regulatory standards, and contribute to quality initiatives in a compassionate, community-focused environment.
