SAIC is seeking a Senior Systems Integration Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, Alabama. Job Description:The candidate will participate in a broad range of engineering tasks supporting the development, testing, integration, fielding, and sustainment of advanced systems for U.S. Military platforms and mission systems.
Develop and validate system requirements, ensuring hardware and software components integrate seamlessly
C ollaborate with design teams, supporting test planning and execution
A ssist with system-level troubleshooting and verification in laboratory and field environments QualificationsRequired Education:BS degree and fourteen (14) years of experience; four (4) years of related experience accepted in lieu of a degree Required Qualifications:Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools supporting hardware/software integration Experience supporting requirements development, interface definition, system verification, and validation activities Experience integrating complex hardware and software components across laboratory, testbed, or vehicle environments Familiarity with model-based systems engineering (MBSE) tools and techniques (SysML/UML) Experience analyzing system documentation, architecture artifacts, and interface control documents (ICDs) Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear technical documentation Required Clearance:Active Secret Security ClearanceSAIC is a premier technology integrator providing full life cycle services and solutions in the technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets.
