Orthodontist

Benevis Dental is seeking a skilled and compassionate Orthodontist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, supporting an affiliated dental practice in delivering exceptional, patient-centered orthodontic care. As an Orthodontist with Benevis Dental, you will provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment planning, and clinical care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients, helping them achieve healthy, functional, and esthetic smiles. In this role, you will perform thorough orthodontic evaluations, including clinical examinations, review of dental and medical histories, and interpretation of radiographic and digital imaging. You will develop individualized treatment plans utilizing braces, clear aligners, and other contemporary orthodontic modalities, with an emphasis on evidence-based care and long-term oral health outcomes. Your day-to-day work will include starting and monitoring active treatment, placing and adjusting appliances, managing retention, and collaborating with general dentists and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive care. You will work closely with a dedicated clinical and administrative team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Benevis Dental provides robust practice support services—including scheduling, billing, marketing, and compliance—so you can focus on clinical excellence and patient relationships. You will be expected to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records, ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards, and contribute to a positive, respectful practice environment. As a clinical leader in the practice, you will guide and mentor orthodontic assistants and other team members, modeling best practices in chairside technique, patient communication, and workflow efficiency. You will educate patients and their families on treatment options, oral hygiene, appliance care, and expected outcomes, helping them make informed decisions and stay engaged throughout treatment.
