Howell‑Chase is seeking an experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our sales team in Bluffton, SC. This role is ideal for a proven in‑home sales professional who knows how to build trust, design solutions, and close.

• Conduct in‑home consultations and system evaluations
• Present HVAC replacement and upgrade options tailored to customer needs
• Build value‑based proposals and close sales professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow up with customers
• Represent Howell‑Chase with professionalism and integrity

8%–10% commission on sales Commission rate based on experience and performance

• Strong earning potential for top performers

• Proven HVAC Comfort Advisor / In‑Home Sales experience (required)
• Strong closing skills and consultative sales approach
• Ability to explain HVAC systems, efficiency, and comfort solutions clearly
• Professional appearance and excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
