As a Senior UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing exceptional web-based financial applications. You will take ownership of the user experience journey, leveraging your expertise in information architecture, usability, and visual design. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our products are not only functional but also intuitive and delightful to use. This role is perfect for a creative, detail-oriented designer with a passion for building user-centric solutions in a dynamic startup environment. Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end UX design process for web-based applications, ensuring seamless user experiences. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centered designs. Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups using Figma. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs. Develop and maintain a strong information architecture for complex applications. Advocate for the user, ensuring designs are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with user needs. Stay up-to-date with design trends, especially in the FinTech industry, and apply best practices to projects. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web-based applications. Strong proficiency in Figma and other design tools. Demonstrated ability to create intuitive information architecture and navigation. Familiarity with securities trading and FinTech is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams. Passion for solving complex design challenges in a startup environment.
