Our signature cloud-like, hand-pressed crusts are lower in gluten, higher in hydration, and taking the New York culinary scene by storm. We're looking for a high-energy Sales Representative who knows that a great product is easy to sell—but a great partnership is what builds an empire. If you have a "hunter" mentality and a deep love for the hospitality industry, let's talk. The Role Your mission is simple: get our premium pinsa bases into the hands of executive chefs, restaurant owners, and food service directors. You'll be the face of the brand, turning "What's a pinsa?" into "How soon can you deliver 50 cases?" Key Responsibilities: Identify & Conquer: Prospect new B2B accounts (restaurants, hotels, cafes, and gourmet grocers). The "Taste Test": Conduct on-site demos. You'll be showing chefs how our pinsa optimizes their kitchen workflow without sacrificing quality. Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from cold call to first delivery and ongoing account growth. Market Intel: Stay ahead of food trends and report back on what the Brooklyn (and beyond) food scene is hungry for. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2+ years in food & beverage sales or a strong background in restaurant management/hospitality. Hustle: You don't wait for leads to come to you; you go find them. Communication: You can talk shop with a line cook and negotiate contracts with a CEO. Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transport to visit clients across the boroughs. Passion: You genuinely care about quality food and the Brooklyn maker community.
