The Digital Sales Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union is a newly created, growth-focused role within our Sales organization, designed to drive new member acquisition and core deposit growth through scalable digital strategies. This position is responsible for converting prospective members who discover SkyOne on their own-through our website, digital marketing, and owned channels-into fully funded, primary-account relationships. You will build and optimize high-performing digital journeys that guide non-members from interest to action using tools such as website banners and tiles, lifecycle messaging, and automated bot solutions. Success in this role means increasing digital conversion, removing friction from account opening, and motivating new members to fund accounts, enroll in direct deposit, and adopt everyday banking behaviors-without reliance on traditional branch or outbound sales efforts. Unlike conventional sales roles, this position is performance-driven and analytics-informed, focused on managing the digital acquisition funnel and continuously optimizing experiences to attract, convert, and activate new members. You'll play a key role in expanding SkyOne's reach, ensuring prospective members can seamlessly find, choose, and engage with the right banking solutions-while contributing to a culture built on measurable growth, innovation, and accountability. What matters most To excel as a Digital Sales Manager at SkyOne Federal Credit Union, a diverse skill set is essential-with a clear focus on converting digital traffic into new and growing deposit relationships. A strong grasp of digital growth strategy and execution is crucial, enabling you to build and run acquisition and onboarding initiatives through automated bots, behavioral triggers, and data-driven communication tools. Proficiency with CRM platforms, segmentation, and behavioral targeting will help you identify, engage, and convert digital prospects-while maintaining disciplined digital pipeline and funnel management. You'll bring a consultative, member-first approach to helping members choose the right account and complete key setup steps that build long-term relationships. You'll also need expertise in promoting relevant offers through online banking and executing lifecycle campaigns. Collaboration with marketing and design teams to create action-oriented visuals and copy is vital. Lastly, you'll report on and analyze campaign and funnel performance-using attribution and conversion metrics to refine strategy, forecast results, and consistently hit deposit and relationship growth targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Development, or related experience. 3+ years of experience in online sales and/or digital marketing with sales accountability, including hands-on use of CRMs, lead tracking tools, and data-driven cross-sell and conversion strategies. Proven success in driving measurable growth through digital sales strategies, CRM optimization, Sales activity tracking and Sales Results. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Data-driven and highly analytical with the ability to translate insights into action. Deep understanding of financial products, services, and member needs. Ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment. Must possess a superior level of member service, be a positive role model, and demonstrate a high level of commitment to the organization.
