The Bar Porter is responsible primarily for ensuring the bars are fully stocked. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift a moderate amount of weight. This is a fast-paced position that will involve constant customer interaction. This person will be responsible for:
Ensuring that the Bar is fully stocked with food items, paper supplies, and preparations for mixed beverages
This role requires stocking glassware, ensuring cleanliness and dishwashing
This role assists bartenders and servers with the guest experience by refilling waters, clearing dishes, and resetting tables
Completing assigned side-work to set team up for success, including restocking, organizing, and cleaning
