Functional knowledge of AutoCAD or BIM/Revit Experience with project scheduling software (Procore, MS Project, or Primavera P6). Strategic Problem Solving: You don't just put out fires; you figure out why the fire started and redesign the system to prevent it. Professional Communication: Ability to translate technical IE data into plain language for field crews and stakeholders alike. Field-Ready Mindset: Comfortable spending significant time on active construction sites and engaging directly with the trades. Physical Demands Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.
Occasional travel may be required. Typical Experience 1-3 years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or construction environment. (Strong internship experience in Lean environments will be considered). Typical Education Bachelor's degree in Industrial EngineeringConstruction Management, or a related engineering discipline. or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications: Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles (Green Belt preferred) or CM-Lean (Lean Construction) credentials.
