* Lead and manage the quality team, including inspectors and quality engineers * Oversee all quality systems, processes, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards * Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues and customer complaints * Establish and monitor quality KPIs, including defect rates, scrap, and customer returns * Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent) * Lead internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness at all times * Partner with operations to implement process improvements and reduce variability * Review and approve inspection processes, testing procedures, and quality documentation * Manage nonconformance processes, including material disposition and corrective actions * Support new product introductions and process validation activities * Promote a culture of quality and accountability across the organization
Required Qualifications
* 5+ years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment * 2+ years of leadership or management experience * Strong knowledge of quality systems, standards, and continuous improvement methodologies * Experience with root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Fishbone, etc.) * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in high-volume or regulated manufacturing environments * Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards * Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) * Experience with ERP/MES systems and quality data tracking
