Support the creation and review of health plan designs and prepare summaries for proposals and renewals Run plan design scenarios and savings comparisons while evaluating cost impacts and member disruption Contribute to process documentation, templates, and checklists to aid in scaling plan design functions
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in healthcare, benefits administration, insurance, analytics, or related fields Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data Familiarity with self-funded plan structures and alternative cost containment strategies Understanding of regulatory considerations impacting plan design Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
