About the Role As a Field Sales Representative, you will work within retail partner locations representing clients in the telecommunications and home services industries. This is a customer-facing, in-person role where you will engage directly with shoppers, introduce relevant products or services, and support them through the sign-up process when appropriate. This position provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
* Represent client brands through in-store promotional campaigns * Engage with customers to introduce and explain products and services * Provide a professional and informative customer experience * Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions * Generate leads and support overall sales objectives * Answer customer questions and maintain strong product knowledge * Collaborate with team members to meet campaign and performance goals
Qualifications
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, sales) is a plus, but not required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working in a face-to-face, retail environment * Goal-oriented with a motivated and competitive mindset * Ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting * Team-oriented with a strong work ethic * Open to feedback and committed to professional growth
