Design: Create and customize ServiceNow portals and mobile interfaces. User Experience (UX): Ensure portals are user-friendly, accessible, and visually appealing. Implement best practices for UX design, including responsive design for mobile devices. Integration: Integrate ServiceNow portals with other IT systems and tools to provide a seamless user experience. Customization: Customize widgets, themes, and layouts to meet specific business requirements. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of portal designs, configurations, and customizations. Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical support. Required Experience: ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Service Portal and Mobile App development. UX/UI Design: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces. Integration Skills: Experience integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Tools and Technologies: ServiceNow Platform: Service Portal Designer, Mobile App Builder, and other ServiceNow modules. Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, Bootstrap. Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma for creating wireframes and mockups.
