Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist Physical Therapists in providing personalized and evidence-based therapy services to patients. Your role will involve implementing therapeutic interventions to improve patients' physical well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques.
• Educate patients on exercises, assistive devices, and ergonomic adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of therapy equipment.
• Stay current with physical therapy advancements and participate in professional development.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• State licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Experience in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Shift: 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
