$85,000 to $90,000 Responsibilities:
Strong Leadership Qualities and Professionalism Manage all aspects of a high-rise/large condo portfolio in Northern VA, DC and Prince George's County Oversee and train onsite staff Position to be supported by operations manager Participate in generating leads to generate new business Regularly coordinate with on-site manager at various properties Provide guidance and recommendations to the Board of Directors Serve as the liaison between the Board and homeowners Be knowledgeable in all facets of community management (financial, administrative, and facilities) Prepare board packages and maintain matrix to track open tasks Prepare and manage community budgets Prepare RFPs and solicit bids for contracts Perform oversight of contractors Professionally handle issues with homeowners Attend evening board meetings Serve as periodic on-call manager Be able to multi-task Excellent computer skills Possess strong and professional verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
Education/ Experience Requirements Associate's degree preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Minimum five (5-7) years of community association management with a concentration in condominiums. Problem solver and well-organized self-starter Experience working with Association Boards is a must Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Applications Excellent word processing, math and computer skills required CMCA (Required) Must have valid driver's license and vehicle
