Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, review medications, order and interpret diagnostics, and develop evidence-based care plans that improve patient outcomes and reduce avoidable costs. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you’ll document accurately in an EMR, coordinate follow-up services, and educate patients and families.
