The Service Desk positions require drive and determination to support our clients. We need problem-solvers experienced in team environments who can address challenging user computing issues and leverage training opportunities to enhance their skills. Our Service Desk aims to maximize user uptime and improve computing experiences through remote monitoring, maintenance, issue resolution, and exceptional customer service. Candidates should be energetic, focused, eager to learn new technologies, and dedicated to follow-up and resource utilization. Responsibilities include using our remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA) tools to deliver support, manage service requests, prioritize tasks, collaborate with staff and vendors, and resolve issues. Developing relationships, participating in ongoing training, attaining certifications, and reporting are also key aspects. Minimum Qualifications: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience/certifications. At least three years of technical support experience, preferably in SMB markets. Knowledge of supported software and technologies (PSA and RMM). Strong documentation and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Passion for teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service. Well spoken, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible. Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Background check and drug screening required. Reliable transportation. A good sense of humor and ability to have fun. Position Responsibilities: Perform technical triage on customer requests. Stage computer equipment for deployments. Travel to customer sites as needed. Adapt quickly to changing requirements. Manage ongoing projects within scope, timeline, and budget. Troubleshoot network and equipment issues remotely. Obtain multiple vendor certifications within 90 days. Analyze remote monitoring reports to identify and remediate issues. Support and troubleshoot networks, equipment, software, and services.
