Linux System Administrator / Cybersecurity Professional
This position provides an opportunity to further advance the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's core defense/intelligence services and systems.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Overview:
Supporting engineering development and maintenance of programs. Lead Information Assurance efforts for several programs. System administration and network design\maintenance, primarily Linux and Cisco. Hands on work supporting all aspects of network maintenance. Candidates need to be capable of performing multiple duties, including Linux installation, hardening, scanning, and patching; Cisco installs, configuration, troubleshooting; hands on cabling, rack/stack, etc. The position is supporting engineering development programs, not corporate IT.
