About the JobWe are hiring a Business Development Associate who will be focused on outbound prospecting, cold calling, and appointment setting for their assigned Account Executives. This position plays a critical role in driving pipeline growth by initiating conversations with prospective clients across government, hospitality, and education sectors. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who are tenacious, people-oriented, and eager to start a career in sales.

- Make a high volume of outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales leads
- Set qualified appointments for Account Executives
- Research prospective customers using CRM tools, online resources, and databases
- Maintain and update prospect information within Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Communicate effectively with prospects to identify needs and introduce solutions
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build a strong sales pipeline
- Track activity, call outcomes, and performance metrics
- Maintain a positive, professional, and persistent approach to outreach

- Comfortable making cold calls and initiating conversations
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Coachable and open to feedback and development
- Reliable, organized, and accountable for performance
- Prior sales experience not required
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Frequent use of a computer, phone, and headset
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
Additional Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must pass drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Associate's degree preferred, but not required
