Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation is a small, close-knit facility dedicated to providing exceptional, resident-centered care. We are currently seeking caring and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. New grads welcome.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide compassionate, respectful care that supports dignity and independence
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support residents with meals and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies

• Current CNA certification in the state of Kentucky
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for caring for others
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

• You are compassionate, patient, and attentive
• You enjoy building relationships with residents and coworkers
• You take pride in providing high-quality, person-centered care
