Brand Ambassador

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Represent the Bluewave Express Wash brand at various events, trade shows, and community gatherings.
2. Engage with potential customers to promote our services and build brand awareness.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and answer inquiries about our services and promotions.
4. Collect feedback and insights from customers to improve their experience.
5. Assist in the distribution of marketing materials and promotional items.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns.
7. Participate in community events and partnerships to promote the brand's presence and values.
8. Build positive relationships with local organizations and influencers.
9. Provide regular reports on customer interactions and feedback.
10. Share insights with the marketing team to enhance brand strategies.

Qualifications:

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences.
• Enthusiasm for the brand and a passion for promoting its values and services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework in marketing or communications is a plus.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing or brand ambassador role is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• The Brand Ambassador position may require standing, walking, and interacting with people at various events and locations.
