Associate Dentist

Restoral Dental is opening a brand-new location in Lake Charles, LA and is looking for an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a practice from the ground up while working in a modern, fully digital environment with strong clinical support and mentorship available.

• Earnings potential: $180,000 – $400,000+ depending on experience and production
• Compensation structure: Guaranteed base salary or percentage of collections — whichever is higher

• Full-Time
• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Future option for Fridays: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• DDS or DMD degree required
• Active Louisiana dental license (or ability to obtain)
• Open to all experience levels — new graduates encouraged to apply
• Interest in implants, extractions, and restorative dentistry
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow clinically
