Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes. Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring excellent customer service standards. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Analyze sales reports and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement. Recruit, train, and evaluate sales staff to build a high-performing team. Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturer representatives. Requirements
Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop strategic plans and implement sales initiatives. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
