We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to oversee and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of system architecture, network management, virtualization, and cloud services, playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing robust solutions aligned with business needs. This role offers an opportunity to lead complex projects, enhance system reliability, and contribute to innovative IT initiatives within a dynamic environment.
*Duties:*
* Maintain, secure, support and enhance all core network and server infrastructure. * Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and domain services. * Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system issues across multiple platforms; ensure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance. * Configure and manage network components including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls and ensure secure system operations with information security best practices * Support VMware/VxRail virtualized environment. * Manage existing backup/replication solutions. * Support Ubiquiti and HP switches. * Implement and manage VLAN’s & network segmentation * Configure and maintain SonicWALL or similar firewalls. * Manage Office 365/Microsoft 365 including domains, user administration, and security. * Creation and automation of scripting for daily or bulk tasks * Assist with SharePoint sites and data migrations. * Support SQL Server environments. * Network performance monitoring & optimization * Maintain a cybersecurity-first approach. * Assist with monitoring, remediation, and identity/security platform management including Okta or Zscaler. * Help Desk & End User Support (As required)
Preferred Industry & Application Experience
* Financial services technology experience preferred. * Experience with Salesforce, eMoney, Addepar, Okta, Zscaler is a plus.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Extensive experience in system administration, system design, IT infrastructure, networking, and system architecture. * 6+ years experience in systems or network administration. * Strong troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication skills. * High attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Preferred Certifications
* Security+, Network+, Microsoft, VMware certifications.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
