Cashier / Receptionist

Warrenton Toyota is a rapidly growing automotive company in Warrenton, Virginia. We represent one of the best brands in the automotive industry. Warrenton Toyota is currently seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to join our team at our Warrenton location.

Scope Of Work:

• Reports to work every day scheduled, on time, with a cooperative and friendly attitude.
• Completes all necessary paperwork accurately and balances out cash drawer with detailed explanations for any discrepancies.
• Makes constant effort to improve knowledge of Booking and Cashiering Process.
• Properly checks in all Service and Sales Rental Vehicles and ensures all TRAC agreements are completed properly.
• Promptly answers all incoming telephone calls in a timely and courteous manner and routes calls to the appropriate destination.
• Greets customers in a professional and courteous manner as they arrive and directs them to the appropriate destination.
• Performs various clerical support tasks and has knowledge and ability to perform others as needed according to the Receptionist job descriptions in order to support Sales staff.
• Pay Scale: $15 per hour.

Qualifications:

• Ability to accommodate a rotating schedule
• Professional manner with a positive attitude towards customers and co-workers
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
