Your Role:

• Provide compassionate personal care and gentle handling for patients.
• Assist with transportation, meals, ADLs, and transfers.
• Obtain vitals and maintain accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with nursing staff.
• Ensure resident safety with proper use of call lights, side rails, and dry floors.
• Follow universal precautions at all times.

Requirements:

• Must be registered by the State of Ohio with an STNA Certificate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• All candidates are subject to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
