We're partnering with a fast-growing South Florida landscape maintenance company expanding aggressively across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. They're not looking for someone to "maintain relationships." They're looking for someone to open doors, win contracts, and grow market share. This posting is for the Broward County market (Fort Lauderdale).

This is a pure growth role focused on winning recurring landscape maintenance contracts across: HOAs & community associations, commercial office & retail properties, municipalities, large residential estates. You'll identify opportunities, build trust with decision-makers, and position the company as the long-term partner of choice.

What success looks like:

  • Consistently building and managing a strong sales pipeline
  • Winning multi-year maintenance contracts
  • Navigating competitive RFP processes with confidence
  • Presenting to HOA boards, committees, executives, and municipal leaders
  • Strategically pricing and negotiating profitable agreements
  • Collaborating with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery

This is a high-visibility role where your wins directly shape the company's footprint in South Florida.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales success (landscape maintenance, facilities, property services, or similar industries preferred)
  • Strong network within HOAs, property management, CRE, or municipal markets
  • Experience navigating RFPs and complex decision-making processes
  • Confident presenter in front of boards and executive groups
  • Strategic thinker who understands pricing, margins, and long-term contracts
  • Highly organized with strong CRM discipline
  • Self-driven, competitive, and motivated to exceed targets
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, Landscape Management, or related field)
