The Product & Program Management Summer Intern will support Dematic's Product and COE teams in managing product development initiatives and program execution activities. This internship provides hands on exposure to how automation products move through the development lifecycle and into real customer deployments. The intern will contribute to scheduling, analysis, research, and program coordination activities while gaining experience in warehouse automation technologies.We offer: Career Development

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $19.00-$23.00 per hour at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills. Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will Do in this Role:Product & Program SupportAssist product and program managers with tracking development activities and deliverables.Support coordination across engineering, operations, and product teams.Contribute to documentation and updates related to product initiatives.Schedule & Milestone TrackingHelp track project schedules, development achievements, and key deliverables.Monitor progress and assist in identifying potential schedule risks.Support reporting on program status and progress.Program Performance & AnalysisAssist with earned value and schedule tracking to understand program performance.Compile and analyze program data to support internal reporting and reviews.Market ResearchConduct market and competitive research related to warehouse automation technologies.Summarize insights that support product strategy and development priorities.Order Intake AnalysisSupport analysis of order intake data to identify trends and demand patterns.Assist with preparation of reports that help inform product planning and business decisions.What We are Looking For:Technical SkillsCuriosity about warehouse automation, robotics, or industrial systems.Ability to learn the fundamentals of automation systems and major machine components.Basic analytical skills and ability to interpret data and draw conclusions.Proficiency in Excel or similar data analysis tools.Non-Technical SkillsStrong planning and organizational skills.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Clear communication and documentation skills.Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving project environment.Curiosity and willingness to learn new technical concepts.EducationCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.LI-DP1
