As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you would be responsible for maintaining the processing of timely payments in Workday for company invoices of various practices throughout the U.S.
What you would be doing:
· GL coding, obtaining approvals, and preparing the weekly check runs
· Enter up to 600+ invoices per week into accounting software (Workday)
· Allocate invoices to obtain approval
· Prepare invoices for payment via checks, multiple customer portals or ACH
· Make necessary adjustments to invoices when needed
· Monthly reconciliations of vendor statements
· Primary point of contact for vendors regarding invoice inquiries and troubleshooting
· Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor with special projects when needed
· Assist in 1099 processing at year end
· Review and approve employee expense reimbursements in Concur
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2+ years of accounts payable experience (multi location preferred)
- Must be comfortable working in a team setting/in office role 3x days per week- the corporate office is in midtown Nashville
- Excel- Basic

Hourly Pay Rate $25-26/hr
Pay Details: $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
