About the Opportunity
LHH is working with a stable and well-established company in Englewood Cliffs in their search for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for long-term stability in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage day-to-day accounts receivable activities
· Apply and post customer payments accurately
· Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
· Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
· Communicate with customers regarding invoices and payment
status
· Support overall accounting operations as needed
Qualifications
· Prior experience in accounts receivable required
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based
environment
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Comfortable using a calculator for daily financial tasks
· Strong communication and organizational skills
