LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a leading property management company to fill their open Payroll Specialist job in Denver, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 3 years ofrecent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a TEMPORARY job opportunity that is expected to last 3-4 months. Depending on your performance and out client's future staffing needs, this role may get extended and/or result in a permanent position in the company. You will earn between $27.00 and $30.00 per hour in this role. You will also be able to sign up for LHH's benefits programs (details below).
Responsibilities:
-Processing full-cycle, multistate payroll
-Processing garnishments
-Calculating commissions and bonuses
-Responding to employees' payroll inquiries
-Entering and updating employee payroll information in the HRIS
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least 3 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Previous experience with UKG software preferred
-Excellent attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent analytical skills
-Advanced Excel skills VLOOKUPs, subtotaling, formulas, if and then statements, etc.
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $27.00 and $30.00
