Human Resources Generalist
LHH Recruiting is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist with an emphasis on benefits administration for a direct hire position with our client in Phoenix, AZ The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's recruiting programs, onboarding new hires, maintain the learning management system (LMS), as well as assisting in other HR-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the LMS content, uploading new courses for employees, as well as monitor and provide feedback on the effectiveness of employee training and development courses provided.
  • Provide guidance and assistance to employees regarding benefit options, plan provisions, and claims procedures.
  • Assist in other HR-related functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR-related reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on learning and development.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with HRIS and benefits administration systems
Pay Details: $31.00 to $33.00 per hour
