Overview
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established commercial real estate organization to identify a Staff Accountant to join a stable, long tenured team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build a long-term career with a clear growth path.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Receivable, cash receipts, and billing
  • Tenant ledger and recovery reconciliations
  • Posting monthly rent charges and adjustments
  • Preparing and reviewing billbacks and recoveries
  • Daily deposits and check log maintenance
  • Assisting with monthly bank reconciliations (cash validation support)
  • Supporting audit, budget, year-end close, and special projects
  • Heavy Excel usage for reconciliation and reporting purposes
What We're Looking For
  • Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable)
  • Reconciliation experience strongly preferred
  • Exposure to accounting in real estate or similar industries is a plus
  • Open to new grads, recent interns, or early-career professionals
  • Non-degreed candidates considered with relevant experience
  • Comfortable with longer hours during peak reconciliation season
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and deadline-driven
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
