We are looking for a Freelance Digital Graphic Designer to join a creative team on a contract basis, supporting visual production across ecommerce, email marketing, paid social, and Amazon channels for direct-to-consumer beauty and lifestyle brands. In this role, you will work closely with a Creative Director and Art Director to develop concepts, build integrated campaigns, and deliver high-quality digital assets across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for design and typography, excels at managing multiple priorities with precision, and is comfortable producing a wide range of digital creative from concept to final delivery. Support the Creative Director and Art Director in trend research, concept development, and design implementation to meet business objectives. Build concept boards and execute integrated marketing campaigns from initial concept through final delivery. Design assets across email, social, digital ads, video animations, GIFs, and icons for multiple marketing channels. Evolve and maintain visual brand guidelines, design frameworks, and asset libraries as needed. Collaborate with the copy team to ensure visual and written elements work cohesively across all touchpoints. Manage and organize design files on a shared server to ensure accessibility and efficient version control. Qualifications:
3-5 years of digital and graphic design experience. Bachelor's degree (BA or BFA) in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or equivalent professional experience. Expert-level proficiency in Figma. Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience designing for digital marketing channels including email, social media, and paid ads. Solid organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Preferred: experience with motion design, After Effects, 3D animation or rendering, illustration, or AR filter design. If you meet the experience outlined above, we'd love to hear from you.
