hybrid contract opportunity
supporting utility customer operations with a strong focus on Oracle systems and billing processes. Must-Have Qualifications: Hands-on experience with
Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) Experience with
O2M (Order-to-Meter)
and
MDM (Meter Data Management) Background in
utility customer operations Experience supporting
credit and collections
processes Strong
SQL querying
skills Key Responsibilities: Develop, organize, and present operational, performance, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Manage and analyze large datasets to support business insights and reporting needs. Support Billing IT projects by gathering requirements, creating and approving test scenarios, and assisting with Change Management activities. Troubleshoot operational and IT-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to drive resolution. Desired Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field. High proficiency with standard software applications such as
Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint . Working knowledge of utility billing processes and customer service programs, including rate structures, payments, and service orders. Familiarity with utility workflows such as
meter-to-cash ,
outage management , and customer interaction channels. Direct experience with
Oracle CC&B and/or MDM , preferably within a regulated utility environment. Proven experience developing and executing test scenarios, performing system and user acceptance testing (UAT), and managing defect tracking and resolution. Customer-focused mindset with strong verbal, written communication, and analytical problem-solving skills. EEO Policy:
