You will collect, organize, and interpret data from our medical operations, identify trends, and present findings that help leadership improve patient outcomes and business performance — all from the comfort of your home. Associate or bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field — or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts) Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) is a plus Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus but not required Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills — ability to present data to non-technical audiences Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Benefits
