We're currently seeking dynamic Retail Sales Associates for our locations in Portland metro, Clackamas, Jantzen Beach, Salem, Albany, and Corvallis—with more stores on the horizon. Organizational Skills : You manage your workload efficiently, leveraging our sales process and technology to maximize your earnings. Your Role
Create an Outstanding Customer Experience : Set the tone for an inviting store environment and deliver top-notch service. Master the Sales Process : Become an expert in our proven sales techniques and impress customers with your knowledge and ability to close deals. Set and Achieve Goals : Report key metrics to your manager and set ambitious weekly sales goals. Contribute to Collective Knowledge : Stay informed about our products and explore new offerings to continually enhance customer service. Document and Track : Keep accurate records in our systems, ensuring all transactions and interactions are properly logged.

Compensation : A base of $1,600/month, with a generous commission structure, performance-based promotions, and incentives.
