2nd Grade Teacher – Small Charter School

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

· Teach core subjects including reading, writing, math, and basic science/social studies

· Create engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans

· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture

· Monitor student progress and communicate with parents regularly

· Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff

Qualifications:

· Valid Arizona teaching certification (or ability to obtain)

· Experience with elementary students preferred

· Strong classroom management and communication skills

· Passion for student growth and achievement
