JETSET is a modern, music-driven Pilates concept designed to deliver transformational workouts in a high-energy environment. As we expand into new markets, we're seeking a driven, results-oriented sales professional to lead presales efforts and drive revenue ahead of our studio openings. The Sales Manager is a remote, sales-focused role responsible for driving membership revenue prior to each studio opening as well as post opening. This person owns the full lead pipeline—from first touch to conversion—and is accountable for hitting presales targets through consistent outreach, follow-up, and strong sales execution and maintaining that standard once the location opens. Key Responsibilities Own presales revenue: Execute the presales strategy and hit membership targets ahead of opening Lead management & conversion: Manage all inbound and outbound leads, driving consistent follow-up to convert prospects into founding members Sales execution: Conduct outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage and close prospective clients Pipeline management: Track all leads, activity, and sales performance within AXLE CRM to ensure no opportunity is missed Performance tracking: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics and adjust approach to maximize conversion Lead ownership: Own all presale leads generated through marketing, studio activations, and local outreach, ensuring every prospect is entered into AXLE CRM, followed up with promptly, and moved through the sales pipeline Studio partnership: Work in close partnership with the studio team to align on lead generation efforts, visibility into pipeline activity, and timing of member handoff to the studio Qualifications Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or hospitality Strong closer with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline Confident communicator across phone, text, and email Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Self-starter who takes ownership of results Position Details Fully remote role Heavier time commitment during presale periods leading up to openings Competitive pay + performance-based commission tied to results
