StepStone Hospitality is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join the sales team at the Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore. This role is responsible for generating group, corporate, and transient business, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the property. The Sales Manager works closely with the Director of Sales, General Manager, and operations teams to develop and implement sales strategies, manage accounts, and maximize revenue. This position requires strong client relationship management, prospecting, and negotiation skills. Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute strategies to increase group, corporate, and transient business revenue. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calls, and referrals. Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business. Conduct site visits and presentations for prospective clients. Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports. Collaborate with Catering, Front Office, and Operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Track market trends, competitor activity, and hotel performance to identify opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote the hotel. Qualifications include: 2–3 years of hotel sales experience or equivalent in hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving sales goals. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in sales software (e.g., Opera, Delphi, Salesforce). Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required. Preferred qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business, or related field. Experience with Marriott or branded select-service hotel operations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus for local market outreach.
