The OBOS Sales Coordinator will work with potential and current prosthetic, orthotics and DME Billing customers coordinating overall movement in the claim submission process. The position will act as liaison and support arm for the sales organization, securing and aligning claim documentation, timing and delivery confirmation. While this position directly reports to sales, the responsibilities also support the needs from the OBOS Billing Department in successfully generating revenue by way of claim submission and confirmation. The position also offers the opportunity for specific account management as assigned by the National sales Director. (Full-time position, M-F, 8-5, onsite in Bonita Springs, FL) Duties & Responsibilities: Lead role in organizing and orchestrating the acquisition of necessary clinical documentation, product requirements and delivery confirmation based on the assistant level needed by sales and billing operations Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.(lead generation) Identify decision makers within targeted leads to for the National Sales Director s to begin the sales process Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches (Sales Director) Create and deliver qualified opportunities to the National Sales Director Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects Ensure follow-up by passing leads to the National Sales Director with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. Assist in the development of sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events. Customer Relations and follow-up (Expected Orders, Clinical Documentation Acquisition) Specific Account Management and Open Order report generation and follow-up - Focus on higher volume customers such as Martin Bionics OKC - Irving - Austin - Tampa, New Life Brace and Limb, Bremer Brace, Open Bionics and Tropical Sky O&P as well as others designated by the National Sales Director. Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell. Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert into sales leads for the Region Account Managers Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database Attend periodic sales training where applicable Some travel may be required (limited) Ability to attend and conduct presentations where necessary Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals Bright Tree knowledge and efficiency Care Management Fee Development SalesForce role when applicable Operational Billing duties & responsibilities Qualifications: College degree or an acceptable combination of education and experience. Two to three years of direct work experience in a sales, sales support or similar capacity. Solid experience in customer opportunity qualification, follow-up, internal and external collaboration, and time management. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills. Excellent listening skills. Strong written communication skills. Ability to occasionally travel and attend sales events or exhibits. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. High level of integrity and work ethic. Self motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm. Strong problem identification and objections resolution skills. Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Able to identify and assist in closing gaps regarding the needs of both sales, billing, VOB and collections in a engaging manner. Demonstrates a "Gate Keeper" mentality.
