We seek a diligent, dedicated and meticulous person who will help further our success and reputation in the industry through world-class customer service. The successful candidate must plan his/her work schedule, keep multiple records, be self-motivated, maintain a professional presence, and have the desire to take ownership.
*Specifically*:
* Setup, configure, and deploy workstations, laptops and associated peripherals for new employees and new production workstations. * Install and maintain security software solutions on all networked workstations; monitor workstations using network monitoring tools (eg. Lansweeper) to ensure all computers are compliant with the latest security software. * Respond to user support tickets in a timely manner; triage requests appropriately linked to the scope and severity of the problem. * Manage employee onboarding and offboarding for user accounts and equipment. * Monitor and maintain IT inventory via network monitoring tools. * Configure and maintain all peripheral equipment such as printers, monitors, docking stations, and conference room audio/visual equipment.
*Requirements*:
* Associates degree in Information Technology * 3 years experience in end-user support * Proficient in Windows desktop/laptop troubleshooting * Familiar with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS) * General understanding of Office 365, Active Directory (AD), and remote support tools * Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
