*Role Summary:*
The Technical Business Analyst serves as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements. This role works closely with Product, Program, and Development teams to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions are delivered in an Agile environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
· Gather, analyze, and document customer and business requirements using Agile methodologies
· Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements, user stories, and documentation
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer needs and inquiries
· Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, prioritize, and implement application updates
· Under the direction of Product and Program Managers, create training materials related to system usage, troubleshooting, and functionality; deliver client training sessions as needed
· Actively monitor, maintain, and help resolve technical issues related to cloud-hosted environments
· Perform functional testing prior to client releases; identify, analyze, and document defects and recommend solutions
· Support data migration efforts, including validation and reconciliation
· Assist with ad hoc customer inquiries and contribute to internal projects as needed
*Qualifications:*
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technology field preferred
· 7+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused, technically oriented role supporting software products
· Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
· Effective articulation and excellent writing skills
· Extensive experience partnering with software development teams
· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to remain highly organized in a deadline-driven environment
· Exceptional documentation skills with strong attention to detail
· Experience with data migration validation
· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet deliverables
· Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and milestones efficiently
· Comfortable working within help desk software and supporting users via remote access tools
· High proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL
· Experience working with state agencies and familiarity with state and federal guidelines and regulations preferred
· Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% as business needs evolve

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
