Apex Systems, America’s second largest technical staffing firm, has a 1 year contract opening for an onsite UX Designer with a client in High Point, NC. This is a fast-paced, cutting edge environment offering room for advancement, professional and technical growth and long term stability. We are looking to hire fast and expect these resources to start soon. Responsibilities: Design digital solutions that create value for users and for business. Do user research to analyze and describe user behavior, needs and drives. Create and communicate design artefacts visualizing concept-, interaction- and graphical design. Evaluate design artefacts through user testing. Adhere to system- or brand specific guidelines. Collaborate with Business and IT teams throughout the entire solution lifecycle. Experience: Experience resolving user-experience design issues on all platforms Knowledge of and use of grids, wireframes, task flows/flow diagrams, journey maps and other typical items from UX toolkit Advance knowledge of Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma (preferred) Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop Knowledge of coding HTML/CSS Required Skills: Must be able to commute to HIGH POINT, NC 3 days a week.
