Join Our Sales Support Team - Remote Flexibility
Looking to grow your career in a supportive, data-driven environment? We're hiring a self-motivated, organized Sales Support Coordinator to partner with our Sales team and keep key programs running smoothly. This role is primarily data entry and internal support-no sales calls, no cold outreach, just meaningful work that keeps our sales operations moving.
You'll enjoy remote work Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM, with only one in-office day per month at our Newtown, PA location-so candidates must be local. This is an excellent steppingstone into future roles within the Sales department, offering exposure to reporting, analytics, commissions, and cross-department collaboration.
Pay Range:
$20-$23/hr

I. Job Summary
Under direct supervision, assists in administering the sales policies and procedures, and provides analytical and statistical support for the Sales Manager.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinates Sales programs and acts as a liaison between Sales and other departments.
Performs basic clerical and statistical reporting for Sales on a daily basis. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking, and monitors rankings on a monthly basis.
Coordinates maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting, including recommendation of system changes.
Audits monthly commission and expense reports to clarify and direct uniform sales policies and procedures. Provides information to Sales Managers on a daily basis.
Reviews system changes and preparation of mail campaigns and endorsement agreements for National Account Programs.
Monitors Sales Manager salaries and commissions providing statistical information for structural review.
Designs forms and supervises layout and desktop publishing.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED or High School Equivalency (accredited).
2 years previous work experience (in addition to education requirement).
