Straight Arrow Products, makers of the iconic Mane 'n Tail line of personal and equine care products, is seeking an experienced, talented, and collaborative Graphic Designer to join their team in-person in Easton, PA, and help lead creative execution across multiple established brands, including beauty, equine, and motorcycle product lines. This is not a concept-only or hands-off design role. Our work lives on physical bottles, retail shelves, magazine pages, digital campaigns, and in real-world communities. As our Graphic Designer you'll apply your expertise in art, design, and copy to create engaging print and digital media for Straight Arrow as part of a collaborative communications team. This role designs within real manufacturing constraints and evolving timelines in a hands-on, highly collaborative creative environment. The graphic designer will regularly: Design logos, signs, labels, advertisements, and visual content for social media and other outlets by hand or through a variety of software programs Create original visual media that communicates the desired branding or message in an engaging way Choose graphics, clip art, and stock photography as appropriate while ensuring compliance with all copyright laws Select fonts for written copy and produce sample layouts for review Collaborate with others throughout multiple levels within the organization to understand project assignment, audience, and intended message as needed on complex or specialized projects Revise assignments as necessary based on the collaborative feedback process Mentor junior-level graphic designer We are a creative, entrepreneurial, family-owned company where flexibility and accountability matter. You'll work closely with leadership in a hands-on, collaborative process with direct feedback. The ideal candidate is confident, collaborative, and comfortable refining work in real time. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign is required 5+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred; exceptional portfolios with fewer years of experience will be considered Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred, but not required. Equivalent professional experience and demonstrated technical mastery will be considered Experience in high-volume production environments, CPG, beauty, lifestyle, or equine settings is strongly valued Strong communicator who can clearly articulate design decisions, receive and apply detailed feedback, and provide regular visibility into project progress Highly organized and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects across several brands simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Ability to work both independently on an assignment and collaboratively as a member of a team, also mentoring more junior designers Founded in 1970, Straight Arrow has grown to be leading brand in human and equine personal and skin care.
