The Opportunity
The Lingo Division has an opportunity for a Sr. Sales Operations Analyst located in the Alameda, CA office.
Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare.
The Sr. Sales Analyst will play an integral role in the development, implementation and execution of key strategies that drive activities leading to overall success of Lingo’s Commercial business. Specifically, the Sales Analyst will collaborate to provide analytics, performance and pull through insight, and will triangulate information from multiple sources to enable the development of innovative solutions to complex unstructured problems. The Sales Analyst will assist with the maintenance of Business Intelligence tools and execute changes needed to evolve these tools. The Sales Analyst will provide internal and external sales management with the tools and real-time analytical capabilities to support sales strategies, execution and measurements and develop standardized, efficient and repeatable processes.
What You’ll Work On
Conduct complex analyses leveraging and integrating data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, Saleforce.com, Cognos, Power BI, Tableau etc.) and different types of data sets (e.g., structured and unstructured data) to develop actionable insights to guide the Commercial team
Develop, monitor, and report on key analytics associated with marketing and sales that are aligned to performance, key tactics, and strategic priorities
Conduct a broad range of analyses, inclusive of advanced statistical modelling (multivariate analyses) and testing to provide insight on cause-effect relationships between key customer touch points, quantifying potential impact of key initiatives, while identifying patterns within the data to develop action-oriented insights
Collaborate with a cross-functional team in building new and evolving existing business intelligence tools
Monitor and track business performance, key marketing and sales initiatives, as well as promotional activities
Develop local market or account-based insights based on data, while collaborating with cross-functional partners within and outside of Lingo.
Collaborate with business partners to track and assess key initiatives, based on aligned KPIs, definition of success, method of assessment and potential impact for initiatives.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, Finance, Economics, or other Scientific degrees preferred.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in business analytics
Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is required
Advanced Excel knowledge is required
R, Python and/or SAS experience is preferred
Experience working on Healthcare data/databases is preferred

The base pay for this position is $100,000.00 – $200,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
