Cybros LLC is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager for a full-time, onsite contract role in Tallahassee, Florida. This position will support enterprise-level information system modernization and project management initiatives focused on planning, documentation, compliance coordination, and implementation support for critical public-sector technology programs.
The Project Manager will support the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, systems documentation, compliance activities, implementation oversight, and post-deployment support. This role requires strong communication skills, experience with government technology environments, and the ability to coordinate across technical and business teams.

*What You'll Do*
* Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, status reports, and planning documentation
* Coordinate project activities across technical teams, stakeholders, vendors, and program leadership
* Produce and revise project planning documentation, implementation plans, and supporting technical documentation
* Support system modernization and enhancement initiatives involving enterprise information systems
* Participate in project planning sessions, requirements discussions, status meetings, and stakeholder workshops
* Track project risks, issues, action items, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
* Assist with system implementation activities, including coordination of testing, documentation, and deployment readiness
* Support procurement coordination, service request activities, and infrastructure planning efforts
* Assist in the development of user documentation, training materials, and knowledge transfer activities
* Support compliance activities related to data security, accessibility, and operational standards
* Provide mentoring, coordination support, and project management best practices guidance to internal teams
*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of IT project management experience
* Minimum 5 years of technical writing experience, including systems or user documentation
* Experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder meetings, and business process discussions
* Experience supporting enterprise information systems implementation or modernization projects
* Strong understanding of project lifecycle management methodologies and documentation standards
* Experience using project management and planning tools such as Microsoft Project and Visio
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to coordinate across technical and non-technical stakeholders
* PMP certification or equivalent PMI certification
* ITIL certification or equivalent experience
* Ability to successfully pass a criminal background screening prior to start
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience supporting government or public-sector IT projects
* Experience with federal or Florida state data security regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience supporting large-scale system enhancement or modernization initiatives
* Familiarity with system implementation planning, procurement coordination, and vendor management
* Experience developing implementation planning documents, project schedules, and operational documentation
* Experience supporting accessibility and security compliance initiatives
*Work Requirements*
* Full-time onsite role in Tallahassee, FL
* Standard business hours: Monday–Friday
* Must successfully complete background screening prior to start
