We're seeking a Roofing Sales Manager to lead from the front recruiting, motivating, and mentoring a team of door-to-door roofing reps. What You'll Do: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of D2D roofing sales reps. Develop and implement strategies to exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Provide ongoing coaching to improve closing ratios and overall sales performance. Ensure team compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-focused team culture. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation, appointments, and sales conversions.
