Frank & Eileen is entering its next chapter, and we are building the creative team to bring it to life. We're seeking a Design Director to anchor our growing in-house creative team and translate our seasonal creative direction into a unified 360° brand experience—one that lives consistently across campaign and editorial, email, e-commerce, retail, social, print, and every other place a customer meets the brand. Reporting into the CMO, and partnering with the Creative Growth team, this role is a true creative partner: as comfortable shaping the original idea as guiding it through to a refined, channel-right execution. You are equal parts designer and leader—a tastemaker with sharp creative judgment and a clear point of view, and a maker who is still happiest in the work itself. You'll split your time between leading and making: directing the team's output, contributing your own designs to the brand's most important moments, and bringing clarity and momentum to ideas as they move from concept to launch. The ideal candidate brings a strong editorial and lifestyle sensibility, a refined eye for typography and composition, and the rare ability to movve fluidly between conceptual thinking and considered execution—a creative who leads and mentors as much as they design and create hands-on—shaping the work as it moves through production, layering in the craft, detail, and channel-specific moments that turn a good direction into a memorable one.
